Routine & Urgent Appointments

Whether you need a routine or urgent appointment please contact us in the following ways:

  • Using Anima: Submit your request between 8am and 6:30pm; your request goes directly to a clinician. Please ensure you advise us of the days and times you are available.

  • By phone: If you do not have access to Anima, call us on 01268 222 188, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6:30pm. Please be aware that there can be long wait times for calls to be answer.

  • In person: Visit the surgery and use our Anima PC to complete a request during the same hours.

If you call us, we will ask about your needs and complete an Anima on your behalf.

We use the information you provide to direct you to the most suitable doctor, nurse, or health professional.

URGENT APPOINTMENTS - If no appointment is available, you may be advised to call NHS 111 or attend A&E if you need urgent attention.

ROUTINE APPOINTMENTS - Although we aim to offer you the times and days you request, this is not always possible. If you are sent an appointment you cannot attend and would like to rebook, please complete an Anima request.

Your appointment

However you choose to contact us, we may offer you a consultation:

Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible and often means you get help sooner.

It’s best to contact us before 10am to help us plan our visits for the day. We aim to carry out home visits on the same day where possible, but this may not always be achievable.

If you are unable to complete an Anima please call us on 01268 2221888 - option 1
