What is a Primary Care Network?

The PCN offer health care services in to all of the residents who belong to a GP surgery in Canvey Island.

PCNs will include:

• Adult social care 
• Community health services
• Dermatology service
• GP & Nurse services  
• Mental health services
• Pharmacies
• Voluntary organisations
