Repeat Prescriptions

Please note we do not accept repeat prescription requests over the telephone.

Patients on long term medication can order repeat prescriptions in the following ways:

  • Online – follow the link at the top of this page. New patients are required to register.
  • By hand – mark the items required on your computerised repeat slip and put in the the request box outside the main building.

For any queries regarding your medication you can press option 1 on our main telephone line between 12.00pm - 14:00pm, Monday to Friday and speak to Lisa our designated prescription clerk.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, clinical pharmacist, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions requested online and three full working days if requested by hand to be processed by the surgery and remember your pharmacy may take up to 3 WORKING days to process your request so please request your medication 7 days before it is due to make sure you receive it on time.
